Our non-traditional business model and unique approach provide solutions for today’s most critical issue – positive cash flow. Our fees are not another cost of doing business – rather they are a revenue generating investment that repositions your Club for immediate and enduring success.
We do not have a ritzy downtown office, 100’s of employees, or big expense accounts. Bottom line, you won’t be subsidizing excessive operating expenses or paying for our “brand development”.
Each project team is selected on a case by case basis, matching our expertise and resources to the specific needs of your solution. You get the results you need – not unnecessary reports.
Following your initial FREE assessment, we provide an overview of the challenges identified, a draft service agreement detailing the programs and products we suggest, and a forecast time-line for delivery.
Our Managing Partner will interface with you to finalize the agreement and direct our services. After determining the scope of your unique project, he will select and assemble ONLY the service providers and products required for your projects’ timely success.
